Structural Integration Bodywork
with Brian Pruitt
I am a practicing student of Structural Integration bodywork currently offering in-home sessions. My training in Structural Integration is through the University of New Mexico, Taos.
As part of my graduation requirements I’ll be providing a series of 10 Structural Integration sessions for 2 people in the local community in or near Taos County. If you are interested in learning more about Structural Integration and receiving sessions please contact me for further details, availability, and fees.
Originally practiced and taught by Ida Rolf in the mid 1900s, Structural Integration is a modality of hands-on bodywork which releases myofascial restrictions in a client’s body with the intention of freeing their ability to move with greater capacity in alignment with their own center and in connection with the Earth’s gravitational field. The foundational work of Structural Integration is performed through a series of ten sessions.
