I am a practitioner of the Ida Rolf method of Structural Integration. I offer individual sessions and series work.
Originally taught by Ida Rolf in the mid 1900s, Structural Integration is a manual therapy which releases myofascial restrictions in a person’s body with the intention of enhancing greater vitality, mobility and stability. The foundational process of Structural Integration (SI) is provided through a series of ten sessions. In SI practice the human body is seen as being designed to thrive oriented around a central vertical axis in alignment with the Earth’s gravitational field, referred to as “The Line”. Through a series of sessions we integrate the structural components of one’s body into harmonic relations with one another. My unique blend of healing arts trainings are interwoven into how I practice SI. Bodywork sessions are held in a sacred container and if you are interested we may include herbal medicine consultations, Gestalt awareness practices, and Earth-centered spiritual practices.
Sessions are about 75 minutes . I offer a sliding scale from $100-150.
I currently offer house visits.

The Greenman
